Parcel 12 A is located in the Placer Vineyards Master Planned Development within South Placer County, California. The project consists of 200 acres and is approved for 1,015 residential units, 42 acres of town center commercial, 11 acres of parks and over 20 acres of open space. The project has an approved specific plan EIR, Finance Plan, and approved Land Use Allocation. The Large Lot Final Map and Improvement Plans are currently underway.
